Pirates Camp 2009

This is our most popular event and each year it gets bigger with more kids joining in, more activities and more fun!

This special summer camp is for all the small guys who want to learn a basic introduction to watersports - both boys and girls who want to have fun and craic and make new friends.

Activities include

•  Canoeing (adults will canoe the pirates around treasure cove!)
•  Snorkelling
•  Body boarding in small pools
•  Learning about sea life in rock pools
•  Sandcastle competitions
•  Picnics in the Harbour
•  *AND* Hunting for treasure
    around Pirates Cove!!

All children will have hats and various Pirate theme get-ups.

We provide a wetsuit if necessary(if they don't have their own) and it is mandatory that all children wear the life jacket that we provide, from the time of arrival to the centre until they leave. Parents are advised that all children must stay within our supervision while they are under our care - i.e. no wandering away and no running off to parents or relations or friends as their safety is our most important priority. We must know that the children have been advised of these rules and guidelines by their parents before coming to us for the camp.
